Job Positions

Responsibilities:

Experience laying electrical conduits, trunking, and cables. Proficiency in installing and testing circuit breakers, lighting, and power points, along with the ability to safely operate multimeters and other diagnostic tools.
Understanding of electrical hazards and strict adherence to local building and safety regulations. This may require working at heights and following rigorous on-site hazard protocols.
Physical fitness is essential as the work involves standing, lifting, and sometimes working in cramped or elevated spaces. Availability to work shifts, overtime, and weekends is frequently required to meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

Construction Electrician

Responsibilities:

Site Management: Oversee daily construction operations, coordinating workers, and managing subcontractors to meet deadlines.
Safety Enforcement: Ensure strict compliance with WSH (Workplace Safety and Health) regulations, conduct hazard inspections, and enforce PPE use.
Quality Control: Inspect ongoing construction work and delivered materials to verify they adhere to project specifications. Control the use of materials on site to prevent unnecessary wastage and ensure that all tools and equipment are maintained in good working condition.
Resource Coordination: Track inventory, manage material deliveries to prevent work disruptions.
Progress Reporting: Maintain site logs and update Project Managers on project milestones and delays.

Requirements:

Experience: 5-8 years experience in the construction industry.
Technical Skills: Ability to read construction blueprints, schematics, and store elevation drawings.
Education: A diploma or bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.
Certifications: Relevant safety certifications, such as the Building Construction Supervisor Safety (BCSS) course or First Aid/CPR, are often required.

Construction Electrical Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Able to take off quantities efficiently
Able to liaise and negotiate with suppliers & contractors related to projects
To prepare quotation for projects
To keep track of Variation Orders
Attend site meetings
Able to evaluate tender submission
Awarding of contracts
Keep track of final account and variation orders
Prepare contract administration for client, consultants, sub- contractor
Able to assist contract quantity take offs, estimation, cost planning and forecast budgeting.
Preparation of Monthly Progress Claim to Client and Sub-Contractors
Preparation for Payment Response to sub- contractor and suppliers
Carry out other Contracts administration activities.
Sourcing of materials and obtaining quotations for evaluation

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying/ Electrical Engineering or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Electrical Engineer / Mechanical Engineer .
Proficient in cost estimation and budgeting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Strong knowledge of quantity take-off, cost estimation, and project documentation.
